FC Porto's midfielder Ruben Micael has broken his foot in training and had to have emergency surgery at the Trinity Hospital in Porto to repair it. The injury has put a damper on any chance of Micael being selected to take part in the 2010 World Cup. Porto picked up Micael from Nacional during the winter transfer window and his injury is a blow to a club that is still fighting for the second place spot in the Portuguese League.

FC Porto's midfielder Ruben Micael has broken his foot in training and had to have emergency surgery at the Trinity Hospital in Porto to repair it.
